Sophie Montgomery

I started working for World of Sweets in 2019 as a Store Manager at our Liverpool site. I have progressed to Cash and Carry Support Manager, and I work alongside the Area Management team managing 14 Cash and Carry Stores. I mainly keep all operational tasks on target by monitoring and reviewing the processes in store ensuring that customers are the heart of what we do.

I enjoy working with various departments to ensure we keep on track. The best part of working for WoS is the work/life balance and that you are not just a number on the payroll.

I have been working for WoS for 5 years and I have made a difference to stores and their performance. It gives me job satisfaction to know that any ideas that I suggest will be considered and applied if possible.

WoS have supported me with my continuous leaning, I am currently completing a degree apprenticeship. I feel they are investing in my future.
