Mathew Lunn

I started with the company at Manton Wood in August 2021. My current job is now eCommerce Operations Manager after being promoted back in October 2023. My role is to run the overall operation of eCom. This includes reviewing and implementing beneficial practices and procedures for KPI management and target achievements. This also includes the management of the warehouse as a site, alongside my colleagues. I also overlook and deal with facilities, on-site maintenances and planned contractor work as well as constantly paying attention and implementing focus towards Health and Safety.

I am responsible for the improvement, performance, development, and well-being of around 140 reporting employees through direct management of my Team Leaders and Supervisors.

Being relatively new to the role, there are things I need to improve and adapt towards, so I am constantly learning . I feel satisfaction in the way that I am progressing myself.
As a department, the continuous growth in requirements while meeting these demands is incredible. It is ever-changing and at times we have an expected period of adjustment where challenges can be identified; but to be where we are year by year is an achievement in itself.

I like developing people and one thing I really enjoy and am proud of is seeing the progression of my team.
